At JavaCat-5, we understand that the world of coffee reaches
far outside our doors and encompasses more than just the beverages we create. In all, there are about 10 steps from crop to cup, of which we perform the last two: grinding and brewing. This is important because it helps us realize that before us many people and families have worked many hours to bring you the perfect cup of coffee. It is in realizing this that we see the importance of allowing their work to shine through ours. We are a single unit in this great collaboration, the last link in the chain that provides you with the wonderful indulgence we know and love.

Nothing in our world is simple, reactions take place around
us and inside us continuously, ignoring the importance of chemistry in the world of coffee is a huge mistake. This
is why our employees are taught to look at milk and
coffee on a molecular level. Through this they gain
a better understanding on how to perfect the drinks
they are creating.

Mon - Thu: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Fri: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
Sat: 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Sun: 10:00 pm - 9:00 pm
