We love quality: We work closely with our roasters to ensure quality
and a unique experience. Coffee has a relatively short shelf-life so
we only order in small batches to make sure your coffee is brewed
while in its prime. Too many cafes and coffee shops look past this
and put quantity over quality. We believe its worth that
little extra to provide you with the best possible coffee
experience. We also tend to stay away from darker
roasts. This is because dark roasting tends to burn the
subtleties out of single origin coffees and coffee blends.
By doing this we stay out of the mainstream burnt
taste offered by coffee chains.

We set ourselves apart: It seems like no matter where
you go to get coffee, it all tastes the same. We know
that recreating the taste of better-known cafes makes it
easier for customers to transition to smaller cafes,but we
also know that it’s better to focus on a quality, individual taste
experience. For this very reason we sampled espresso blends
from many roasters. Once we had found a roaster with a style
and quality which we liked, we contacted them to create our own
blend. Over some time and tasting we developed our own espresso
blend. It is deep, mildly sweet, and smooth, with a buttery finish
and a great silky crema.

Although our main passion is for coffee, our menu is not at all limited. Aside from our

coffee/espresso items our menu includes: fruit smoothies (high fructose corn syrup free!),
bubbleteas, hot teas, chai, hot chocolate, steamers, Italian sodas, tea lattes and frappes,
frozen signature specialty drinks, pastries, and Panini sandwiches!
